2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
If you contact us (for example, by email or through a contact form), we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Your IP address and approximate location (country or region)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages you view, links you click, and time spent on the Site
- The website or advertisement that referred you to the Site
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health information) through this Site, and we ask that you do not send us such information.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and measure the results of our advertising. We are implementing a consent banner so that visitors from the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland can accept or reject non-essential technologies before they load. Until it is live, you can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
We currently use:
- Essential storage that remembers settings such as your language. No consent is needed for this.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): analytics and session replay that show us how visitors scroll and click, so we can improve our pages. Clarity masks text you type.
- Flow Tracking (flowtrackingtool.com): records outbound clicks to sellers and passes Google click identifiers (gclid, wbraid, gbraid) so that a resulting sale can be attributed to our Google Ads campaign.
- Google Ads conversion measurement (Google LLC): receives conversion data to measure campaign performance.
- Affiliate network tracking: when you click through to a seller, the affiliate network sets its own cookies on its own website to attribute the sale to us. Its privacy policy applies there.
We do not currently use Google Analytics or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. If we add other tools, we will list them here first. Please review the policies of Microsoft and Google for details on how they handle data.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content
- Understand how visitors use the Site and measure traffic
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns
- Attribute affiliate referrals and record commissions we may earn
- Respond to your questions and communications
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse
5. Legal bases for processing (for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Consent for non-essential cookies and tracking technologies, which you give or refuse through our cookie banner.
- Legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, measuring basic traffic, and running our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Site, such as hosting, analytics, and marketing measurement providers, acting on our instructions.
- Advertising and affiliate partners to the extent necessary to measure campaign performance and attribute referrals.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. Affiliate links and third-party websites
The Site contains affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase on a partner’s website, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. When you follow such a link, you leave our Site and are subject to the privacy policy and terms of the destination website. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing any personal information.
8. International data transfers
The Site and the providers we use may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the EU/EEA. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, where required by law.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings of the relevant providers. If you contact us, we keep your correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to restrict or object to certain processing
- The right to data portability
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@safenutraworld.com or +55 34 98427-4428. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because the Site is operated from Brazil, you may contact the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD, gov.br/anpd). If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may also contact the authority in your country, for example the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy), the CNIL (France), your state data protection authority (Germany) or the ICO (United Kingdom). Visitors in Brazil have the rights set out in the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law 13.709/2018).
11. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
12. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
